There are some cases where Roborun will be unable to start and the following error will appear. We will receive notification messages as below.

This issue will usually occur during an installation of a newer Roborun version over an old one or if Roborun closes unexpectedly. Reinstalling Roborun will usually not fix the issue and installing different versions of Roborun will also not fix the issue.

This is because Roborun files placed in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\RoboteQ\ are corrupted and so the application can not start properly.

In order to fix this, we need to delete all files in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\RoboteQ\ that start with "RoborunPlus".

On next startup the controller will create all the files required again and you will be able to work with the application as usual.
