When a problem or question arises, in order to help us determine exactly what happens, please capture a log at the moment the problem occurs.
To start capturing logs you will need to go to the Run tab in Roborun.
Select the values you want to capture. Depending on the issue that is present, please consult with us or our troubleshooting guides for the correct values to log. Example below.
To start the log press the play-record button and when you have finished with the log capturing to save the log press the disk-save button.
To delete and start capturing a new log press the bin-delete icon.
