In order to help us determine exactly what happens, please capture log at the moment the problem occurs. To do this, on the run tab of the PC Utility, enable the following channels on the graphics chart:
- Motor Power
- Motor Command
- Battery Volts
- Motor Amps
- Counter
- Sensor Counter
Click on the Record button to start the chart and the capture. When done, save as text. Send the log file as an attachement when replying to this email
